What Is A Spinner/Meditation Ring?
We've had a couple of fans emailing us asking about our spinner rings so we decided to write up this blog post explaining what they are. So what exactly is a spinner ring you may ask?
A spinner ring is a combination of rings that has a band ring with another ring around it that moves freely.
Spinning rings are designed in a way that outer smaller rings spin on the inner ring that encircles the finger.
The spinning rings or spinner rings have an outer decorated band which manually spins around the inner ring part.
The base (inner) ring is stable on your finger, while the outer (smaller) ring can be rotated.
There are different varieties. Some are "flared" bands, with the rotating rings visibly loose on the flared band. The most common are flat edge bands, with the "spinner" portion almost invisible - until you start spinning it.
Using Spinner Rings For Stress Relief
Ring lovers all over the world wearing (and spinning) their spinner rings have reduced their tension levels. Several researches revealed that "playing" with a Spinning-Ring band in repetitive motion helps to calm the mind. For that reason sometimes spinner rings (spinning rings) are referred to as worry rings, turn rings, swivel rings, turning rings, prayer rings or motion rings.
