We are happy to announce we are now shipping from multiple U.S. warehouses. In our efforts to serve you better and expand our catalog, we are now shipping orders from multiple locations. This means that if you order multiple items you may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments. Rest assured that if you select a paid shipping service (priority or above) you will only pay once. Greetings and thank so much for your support this year! As of October 11th, we have begun the process of updating our branding, packaging, and website to reflect our updated image. As a result, you may see some changes in the packaging used to ship your orders and/or encounter a 1-2 delay in orders being shipped out during this time. We ship all domestic US orders FREE! All in-stock orders with approved payment received by 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (3:00 PM EST) typically ship the same day from Monday-Friday excluding major holidays, but please allow 1-2 business days during peak season. You will receive an automatic email when your package ships complete with tracking number. In the event any of the items in your order are “Out of Stock,” someone from our Customer Service team will contact you with the anticipated back in stock date.

United States Postal Service (USPS) “Free Shipping” option is NOT a guaranteed class of service. While it is a dependable option, it is not the recommended shipping service level if your delivery is time sensitive. We cannot guarantee cancelations, changes to orders or address corrections once the order has been submitted. Please be sure to review your order carefully.
