Gift with confidence! All orders place on or after November 1, 2018 will have up until January 15, 2019 to initiate a return. Please follow the directions below to start the exchange process if you need to return an item purchased over the holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re committed to offering the highest quality jewelry and the finest customer service. We understand that sometimes there may be a reason you would like to return your jewelry purchase and we’re happy to offer you an exchange, or refund.
Reminder: All Clearance items are FINAL SALE. You may NOT send them back for an exchange, return or refund and these items are not covered under warranty.
We give you 30 days from the date you received your item to return your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the customers’ responsibility.
- First, you must request an RMA number. To do this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request this. Please provide your name, order #, items you would like to return and/or exchange and the reason you would like to return/exchange. Our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) with a response. If your order meets the requirements above, we will issue an RMA #.
- Once you have received your RMA number, please place your jewelry in the original packing. Any free gifts received with your purchase, should also be included with your return. If you wish to keep the gift, you may do so, but you will be charged for the value of the gift against your refund.
- Indicate on the invoice your RMA number along with which item is to be returned or exchanged. If you would like to make an exchange, please give a brief description of which item you wish to exchange the jewelry for. We appreciate your feedback!
- If you do not have your packing list, please send a note with your name, address, email, phone number, order number and RMA number
- Write the RMA# and either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the items to the following address:

- Optional: When shipping via the USPS, we highly recommend that you ship with a delivery confirmation to ensure we receive your item.
- You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used for your original purchase.
- Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
- If you have not received a refund within 15 days of Blue Steel receiving your item, feel free to contact us. Keep in mind that depending on your bank, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear.
- If your previous order qualified for free shipping and your returned purchase brings the total original order below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from any refund.
- If you received a free item (Gift With Purchase) with a purchase that didn't work out, be sure to send it back with your return, otherwise your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the free gift.
- If your order contains a coupon code and/or free item as a result of a promotion, returning any portion of your order may result in the coupon code / discount, and/or free item no longer applying to your order, any any refund issued will reflect the pro-rata discount applied to the items that you are returning.
- Blue Steel reserves the right to limit a customer's returns and/or charge a restocking fee if at our sole discretion we feel there has been abuse of our return policy by that customer.
