I like the set, but within the first 10 days, a stone fell out. It was a nonreturnable item, but I did submit a message through their webpage. Someone called me and left a message. I called back, but then I never heard from anyone again. I should have called again, but life got in the way and now it's been 2 months and 10 days since my first contact, and I feel it has been too late. I expected better from the company - first of all that the stones would be more secure, and second of all that the customer service would be better. I didn't spend a fortune, but the $45 I spent on the set was more than I wanted to spend to wear something once before it broke.

Within a week (2 of the stones fell out. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

my daughter didn't even wear this ring set a whole week and already the blue stones have fallen out, making it look like a cheap set instead of a beautiful fake set. I want all my money back!!!!!

Great set and I enjoy wearing the set. Great price too! I wear the engagement ring with another ring and end with the blue band.

I originally purchased this set to replace my wedding set as I have lost a lot of weight. At first I was in love with it but then I noticed that one of the sapphires had fallen off so I reached out to blue steel and they were nice enough to send me a replacement. During the waiting period for the new set, 3 more sapphires fell of which was now a total of 4! I was disappointed but hopeful in this new set. When my new set finally arrived, i was anxious to open it and to my surprise the brand new set was missing a sapphire. Not sure what happened here ive bought rings from bluesteel before and have had no issues but its safe to say I will not be returning after I send my 2 defective sets back.

Looks great but need a bigger size, so going to ask for an exchange.

I received this set on a Monday and by Wednesday evening, a stone had fallen out, then overnight one fell out and then lost a third one the following day at work. It is a beautiful set, but need to figure out how to secure the stones better. I returned the set.

I have purchased from Blue Steele in the past. But this time I was disappointed. The first time I wore the ring I lost several stones out of the wedding band. I was able to return it and am waiting for a new one. I hope to not be disappointed again. The return process was very easy and free.

It fits perfectly and is simple enough with the solitaire but the sapphire band gives it flare! I can't wait for my wedding day!!

I have had the ring replaced and the second one I got the stones also fell out of it I'm upset about it cause I loved this wedding ring set now I gotta find a new one again

You never know what you get when ordering online. Will the item look like the picture, will the quality be good, will you actually be able to talk to someone in customer service if needed? With our purchase the answer is yes to all of these. The rings were ordered were exactly what we asked for, the sizes were correct and when I needed to contact customer service for an error on my end they were quick to respond through email like I wanted. The delivery was as stated. Overall I was very happy with our purchase. The grain of salt that needs to be mentioned was that I ordered from here before and the first time I did not have to pay for customs but the second time I did. The cost was minimal but unexpected. I will order from here again and if you are looking for cost effective but beautiful jewelry I believe this is a great place to shop. Cheers!

Stones fell out of the ring within 6 days of wearing the the ring. Customer service was nice and sending me a replacement as it had a year warranty.

Bought 2 wedding sets and loved them both.

I gave this review 2 stars because I really loved the ring when I bought it. In the last 2 weeks 5 of the blue stones have fallen out of the setting. Its sad because I really loved it.

I received an email from blue steel , I had never heard of this website and looked at what they were about. I purchased this item because I love the brilliance and durability of stainless steel and I am a September baby so the blue sapphires were perfrct. The set is Beautiful, I have real sapphire and diamond jewelry and this set looks even better. Beautiful, believable and inexpensove! Will definitely purchase from you guys again!!!!!.
