What is your jewelry made of?

We specialize in Surgical Grade Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Tungsten jewelry. We also carry beautiful jewelry in Sterling Silver. Check the specific details of each piece for the metal type and more information.

Are your rings for men or women?

Men and women alike love Blue Steel’s amazing selection of rings. While some of our rings are gender specific, many of them are unisex and make wonderful choices as commitment rings, couples rings or matching wedding bands.  It's really up to you!

Can your rings be sized?

We do not currently offer sizing on any of our jewelry items.

I don’t see my size on the ring I want, do you make custom sizes or can I special order a different size?

Unfortunately, we do not do custom sizing at this time.

Do you offer half sizes?

Though most of our rings are only available in full sizes, a few select rings are offered in half size options. The available sizes for each ring are listed in the drop down size menu next to the product.

Do you list the dimensions of your jewelry?

Yes we do! Please refer to the specifications on the product’s page for accuracy in size as products can appear larger, or smaller, than actual size in photographs.

Do you make custom designs?

At this time, we do not create custom designs. We’re always open to hearing ideas and suggestions from our customers, so please feel free to contact us or join us on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/buybluesteel.

I like a piece of jewelry on your website, but I want it in a different color, can I request different colors?

Some of our rings on our site are available in more than one color, but we don’t do custom color choices at this time. We’re always open to hearing ideas and suggestions from our customers, so please feel free to contact us or join us on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/buybluesteel

Do you engrave?

We are not set up for engraving at this time. Our Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel and Titanium jewelry can be engraved by you after purchase, as can our Tungsten jewelry, but please note that Tungsten is an extremely strong metal that is only suitable for laser engraving.

How do I find out my ring size?

On the product page of each ring, there is a link below the size selection menu, which will help you accurately measure your ring size.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. We also accept Visa debit cards, Mastercard debit cards and pre-paid credit cards.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders received by 3:00 P.M. PST/ 6:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day on weekdays.  We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking info.  Please click here for more details on shipping including our weekend and holiday schedule.

I received the ring I ordered, but it is too large/small. How do I go about sending it back to exchange it for the correct size?

Do you offer a guarantee?

We stand behind our jewelry! All of our products come with a 30 DAY - NO QUESTIONS ASKED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you have any problems with a product you have purchased please click here.  Please have your original order date available. In addition, we warrant our products against manufacturer's defects for a period of 12 months from original purchase date. Contact customer service if you feel that you have a warranty claim.

Are the colors accurately depicted on the website?

We do not modify or enhance the images and colors of our jewelry. We make every attempt to accurately depict the colors; however, as each computer monitor is calibrated differently, the actual color may vary slightly.

Do you ship outside the US? If so, what are the shipping costs?

Yes! We love our International customers too and we ship all around the world! Options and pricing for shipping methods to your country are provided in US dollars when you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Do you size bracelets and necklaces? How do I measure my wrist? How do I specify the length I need on my order?

We do not currently offer sizing on any of our jewelry items.

Does your jewelry have nickel in it?

Although some of our jewelry has a small amount of nickel in it, allergic reactions are extremely rare and we 100% guarantee no allergic reactions to our jewelry.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! Gift cards are a wonderful way to make sure that someone special finds the Blue Steel jewelry that’s perfect for them. Electronic Gift cards are available in $50 - $300 amounts.  Click here to view all gift cards.  

Electronic Gift Cards will be automatically fulfilled via email within 30 minutes of placing your order and will contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
