A stone fell out the second day I wore it.
Sent it back for refund.

Size was perfect the quality was unbelievable it was a birthday gift for my granddaughter she loved it the stones were perfect the way they were set in the ring

The fit was comfortable, it looks great and I think it is great quality for the money.

Ordered 2 rings to go on sides of my engagement ring. Have had the rings for about 2 weeks and all the stones have already fallen out. Very unhappy....

I initially ordered this ring in May. It is pretty in it's simplicity. But by the end of July, I noticed one of the stones was missing. I do not wear the ring to shower or at the gym and the only equipment I use for my job is a PC. Heck, with Covid and telecommuting there are many days I forget to put my rings on.
I reached out to Blue Steel and after sending a picture of the damaged ring, they honored the warranty and sent a replacement. Decent customer service.
Sadly, within a month, a stone went missing from the new ring. Warranty is only good for a one-time replacement so I'm out of options.
Don't waste your money. This is either poorly made or poorly designed.

It is a very pretty ring. The stones look nice and the band is thick. I wanted it as a thumb ring and felt that it was too bulky.

I have bought 7 rings from Blue Steel this year so far. In my opinion they are stunning! I love mine. I gave two to my daughter for Mother’s Day. She was so impressed with how beautiful they were and still arei had to exchange sizes on 4 of them and customer service was wonderful. The exchange for correct sizing was made and the new rings arrived in a week. Unheard of!! Great service! sage, you’re the best!!!

It's a beautiful ring, I was very happy upon it's arrival. I'm disappointed that two of the stones have fallen out. They are very small, so it is not noticeable without really looking at the ring. Still, they are gone :(

Purchased a total of 3 Forever rings. In less than 4 weeks, all 3 lost at least 1 set. 1 was worn daily by a college student so no rough wear. The other 2 were worn alternately by someone who sits at a computer all day so again, no rough wear.

I love the ring, but one of the stones fell out the first day I wore it. I was sent a replacement, but that ring has lost stones, too. :(
